Description

The Boston University Dresden German Studies Program places students at the Technische Universität Dresden, one of the oldest and most prestigious technical universities in Germany. By enrolling directly at the university, students have a great opportunity to get an insight into the academic culture in Germany, improve German language proficiency, and study and live among German and other international students.

During the first weeks of the program, prior to the start of the semester, students enroll in an intensive language and cultural immersion course. The class meets for four hours, four days a week, and on the fifth day of each week, students take a field trip. Participants then enroll in three elective courses at the university and finish the semester as regular students.
