Learn a new language while immersing in an interesting culture! A Broader View offers you the opportunity to immerse completely into Honduran culture while honing your Spanish skills.

You will learn the language with a group of up to three students or on your own. Lessons focus on vocabulary, reading, grammar, and conversation practice, depending on your proficiency level and needs. Class sessions run for 4 hours per day from Monday to Friday, amounting to 20 hours per week.

You have the freedom to choose morning or afternoon classes: from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The school is in the town center, approximately 4 blocks away from the ocean. Depending on your schedule, the other half of your day will be spent volunteering. It could be at a local school or orphanage, where you will teach English to children.
